DoDEA Education Partnership and Resources Division

The Partnership and Resources Division (PART) supports the DoDEA vision to be among the world's leaders in education, enriching the lives of military-connected students and the communities in which they live. To achieve this mission, our work extends to military-connected students in states and countries that are not directly served by a DoDEA school. To reach the full intent of this mission we partner with internal DoD stakeholders and external military-connected associations and education organizations and agencies. Goals of PART include to provide resources, technical assistance, and support that facilitates the continuity of education and equitable learning experiences for military-connected transitioning students PreK-grade 12 through the operation of the DoDEA Grant Program.

The Evaluation Technical Assistance Center

The U.S. Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) has partnered with Safal Partners to operate the Evaluation Technical Assistance Center (ETAC), primarily focusing on enhancing grant monitoring, program accountability reporting, and evaluation initiatives. ETAC is dedicated to empowering grantees by equipping them with the necessary tools and knowledge to strengthen project evaluation and reporting capabilities, ultimately improving project efficiency and overall capacity. Through the ETAC website grantees gain access to a wealth of online resources designed to bolster grant strategies and objectives. ETAC fosters excellence in grant management, evaluation, and education, with the overarching goal of making a positive difference in the lives of military-connected youth and their communities.
