Our district is committed to preparing students for the future workforce and developing their skills so they can enjoy a healthy work-life balance. The district’s program will further our efforts in increasing the number of college and career-ready students and overall student wellness with a focus on the health sciences. Professional development, engaging instructional programs, mental and physical health activities, extra-curricular events, and technology implementation will support grant goals. Our goals are to increase the number of students achieving industry-based certifications upon graduation and support increased academic achievement outcomes for students across the district through strategies targeting healthy living and emotional and physical well-being.
